Overview
The deadline to apply for a real estate and/or personal property abatement is three months after the Actual Tax bill goes out, usually by April 1st. You have from January to April 1st to apply for the abatement.
We want to ensure that your property assessment is accurate. If you think there are any errors on your property record card, please contact us and we are happy to complete an inspection and review the data for accuracy.
