Overview

The mission of the Oxford Conservation Commission is to protect wetlands in the town by administering the Massachusetts Wetlands Protect Act (WPA) and the Town of Oxford Stormwater Management By-Laws Chapter 66 and Chapter 67. The Commission also provides assistance to other Town boards and departments regarding natural resource protection.

The Commission generally meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month to hold public hearings for proposed projects that fall under their jurisdiction. If you have any questions regarding filing requirements or to find out if your project requires a permit from the Commission, you may email conservation@oxfordma.us
