Project Description: The work includes installation of a new stormwater drainage system, reclamation of existing pavement, regrading, and repaving the roadway, safety signage, pavement markings, and guardrail.
Project Goals: Mitigate roadway flooding and icing issues, provide a uniform cross-section for enhanced drainage system performance, significantly improve roadway rideability, enhance public safety with new wearing surface and regulatory signage.

Other Information: Sutton Avenue will remain open during construction with traffic reduced to one lane. There may be brief times during construction in which temporary road closures are required in the name of public safety, however, the DPW will notify residents in advance.
