2. Request for public records may be oral, written, in person or mail.

   Reports will not be released until the investigations are complete, the report filed, and approved by a supervisor. This takes a minimum of seven days. Check your SPAM folders if you haven't received a response. 

   **NOTE: Accident reports will not be released until the requestor has completed the Operator's Crash Report and has submitted them to the Oxford Police Department.**
