Municipal Operation & Maintenance Plans

O & M Plans

The Town of Oxford has developed Operation and Maintenance (O & M) Plans for municipal activities with a goal of preventing or reducing pollutant runoff and protecting water quality from municipal operations, in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. EPAs National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) in Massachusetts. These O and M Plans will be reviewed annually and updated as needed.
