On-Call Employment Opportunities

We accept applications for On-Call personnel on a rolling basis. We will keep your application on file and we will contact you once we begin Interviews. Salary is between $17.50 and $24 depending on firefighter, driver, and EMS qualifications (with a high school diploma and upon completion of the Massachusetts Call and Volunteer Training Program).

On-call personnel are considered casual non-benefited employees of the Town and are not required to work on any given day. While on-call personnel work on a voluntary basis and are not required by the Town to work any particular shift they are required to meet minimum attendance and training requirements. Residency in the Town of Oxford is preferred.
