• Project Name: Pleasant Street Roadway Improvements
• Project Description: Full-depth reclamation on Pleasant Street between the limits of Hartwell Street and the Leicester Town Line, then overlaying with hot mix asphalt the entire length of Pleasant Street. Both the base course after the reclamation and overlay will consist of hot mix asphalt (HMA).
• Project Goals: Provide a uniform cross section and profile on the roadway to the extent feasible, provide structural improvement, reduce wear & tear on Town’s fleet, and significantly improve rideability for all roadway users.
• Location: Pleasant Street from Leicester Street to the Leicester Town line, and roughly 300 feet of Merriam District starting at Pleasant Street
