  • Project Description: Demolition of Town owned structure at 3 Barton Street. The 1948 structure, formerly a fire station and Town fueling station, is no longer structurally sound and has been deemed a high-risk structure. Demolition, including abatement of asbestos containing materials and other hazardous materials, is necessary to safeguard the property and look towards future beneficial use by the Town.
